3. Offer and contract conclusion
By clicking the badge „order with obligation to pay“ you deliver an binding order of the goods contained in the goods basket. Your order represents an offer to us (weidenthaler) to conclude a purchase contract. The confirmation of the receipt of the order occurs through automated e-mail immediately on sending the order. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer to conclude a purchase contract, but only informs you that your order has been received. A purchase contract is concluded only when we ship the ordered product to you.
When ordering in our shop the ordering process consists of four steps. In the first step you select your favorite models. In the second step you enter your customer information, including billing address and, if necessary, an alternate delivery address, or sign in with an existing account. In the third step, you choose how you want to pay. Finally, you have the option, to check all information again (eg name, address, method of payment, ordered items) and if necessary to correct, before you send your order by clicking the badge „order with obligation to pay“.
4. Right of withdrawal
4.1 Consumers have a fourteen-day withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5. Prices, delivery terms and shipping costs
5.1 The prices on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
5.2 We currently ship to Germany and the countries of the European Union, Switzerland and the USA (United States). For deliveries outside of Germany and the EU additional costs, such as customs fees may apply. Delivery times are the delivery times mentioned in the respective offer.
These delivery times apply only to shipments within Germany. For deliveries to other countries, the time may vary.
5.3 As well the type and the path of shipping as the shipping company are determined by us.
5.4 In addition to the prices we charge shipping costs, within Germany a lump sum of 4,- EUR per order and outside Germany in all other countries, to which we deliver, a lump sum of 5,- per order.

5.5 During the checkout process, you can specify a "deadline" in a comment field. If we can not meet this deadline, we will notify you immediately.
The ability to specify a "deadline" represents a non-binding offer from us (weidenthaler) and result in the automatic cancellation of the order, if we (weidenthaler) can not meet this deadline, unless you (the customer) explicitly does not want this cancellation.
6.1 Payment can be made by prepayment (bank transfer), direct debit, credit card (Visa / Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, Amazon Payments or by cash on collection.
6.2 If you choose prepayment (bank transfer), we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
7. Liability for defects (warranty)
7.1 The liability for defects (warranty) depends on the statutory regulations.
8. Storage of contract
We store the contract text of your order. You can print it before sending your order to us by clicking on "Print" in the last step of your order. We'll send you an order confirmation with all order data to the Email-address provided by you.
At the initiation, completion, execution and termination of a purchase contract we collect, store and process data under the statutory regulations.
When you visit our Internet site, we record the IP address currently used by your PC, date and time, browser type and operating system of your PC and the sides you visit. Relate to personal data is for us not possible nor intended.
The personal information you give us, for example for ordering, for the Newsletter Sign up or by e-mail (such as your name and your contact information) will be processed by us only for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you have provided us with the data. We pass on your data to the shipping company if this is just further necessary for the delivery of the goods. We pass on your data to the company that is responsible for the delivery, so far as is necessary for this. For the transaction of payment we pass on your payment data to the credit institution which is responsible for this payment.
We assure you that we will not disclose your personal data to third parties, unless we are legally obligated or you have given specific permission. If we take on implementation and management of manufacturing processes services of third parties, the regulations of the German Federal Data Protection Act are complied with. As far as commercial and tax law retention periods are observed, the duration of storage of certain data may be up to 10 years.
If you no longer agree with the storage of your personal data or these have become incorrect, we will arrange for the deletion, correction or blocking of your data available to us, if you asked us in accordance with statutory regulations. 10. Retention of title
The ownership of the delivered goods shall remain with us until payment in full for all the delivered goods has been received by us.
