Our revocation policy applies.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition in which you received them. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Some types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods as well as products that are intimate or hygienic items, hazardous goods or flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care articles
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- For any item that is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts, unless due to our error. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- For any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 30 days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is booked.

Exchange
If you need to exchange an item for the same item or want to exchange for another item, please email us first at info@weidenthaler.shop and send your item when requested:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will learn of your return.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your exchanged product to arrive.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
